Matchmaking

Are you interested in participating in the PCP WISE Call for Tenders, but you page or a partner to collaborate with? The PCP WISE project presents an opportunity for matchmaking for all interested Suppliers.

The PCP WISE project consortium offers a networking opportunity to organisations interested in participating in the Call for Tenders to set up consortia between multiple organisations. You can participate in matchmaking by filling out the Supplier Request For Information (RFI) . You can find organisations interested in matchmaking on the PCP WISE Community Platform.

Please note that for the submission of a supplier bid/ tender in response to the Call of Tenders, a consortium is not mandatory: a single Supplier can also send an offer.

Further information about the Matchmaking:

  • Formation of the Supplier Consortium and agreements regarding such consortium are left to the associated organisations themselves.
  • The Supplier Consortium is expected to remain the same throughout the three Pre-Commercial Procurement phases.
  • The Call for Tenders and matchmaking is open for organisations of different types and sizes. Note that solutions piloted in the PCP WISE project during PCP Phase 3 are expected to be commercialised after the field testing, and participating organisations need to be able to commercialise their piloted solution.
  • All Suppliers have the same eligibility rules regardless of submitting a tender individually or as a part of a Supplier Consortium. Having the same eligibility criteria for all makes the evaluation simple and fair for all. Final eligibility criteria are published in Call for Tenders published on the project website after the Open Market Consultation.
  • The Supplier Consortium will be regarded as a single entity to submit their joint proposal during the Call for Tenders and during the phases of Pre-Commercial Procurement.
  • Suppliers’ Consortium members will share the funds paid out from the PCP budget during different phases as they are treated as a single Supplier Entity. Members of the consortium need to agree on how to share the funds internally.
