Open Access Government is an open-access journal, freely available online and dedicated to fostering collaboration between government, academia, and industry. Each quarterly edition features contributions from leading policymakers, researchers, and practitioners across Europe.
The article, titled “How Innovation Procurement Can Boost European Water Resilience,” highlights how PCP WISE is driving forward Europe’s climate adaptation goals through innovative procurement. As climate-related water challenges intensify across Europe, the project brings together 26 partners from nine EU countries to develop scalable, remote sensing-based tools for real-time monitoring of soil, water, and vegetation systems.
The inclusion of PCP WISE in this prestigious platform marks a key milestone in raising awareness about the project’s mission: to strengthen Europe’s capacity for proactive, data-driven water management and climate resilience.
