A big thank you to all the consortia and organisations that submitted proposals to the PCP WISE Call for Tenders by the 7 January 2026 deadline. We greatly appreciate the time, effort, and innovation reflected in your submissions.
We were pleased to receive strong interest, with a total of 25 bids submitted, demonstrating the relevance and ambition of the PCP WISE initiative. Thank you very much to all applicants for your engagement and interest.
📋 Evaluation begins on 9 January 2026, when the evaluators will start assessing all eligible proposals in line with the tender criteria.
🔎 Key upcoming milestones:
- 11 February 2026 – Tenderers are notified of the decision on the awarding of contracts
- 2 March 2026 – Signature of the framework agreements and Phase 1 specific contracts, marking the official start of the PCP Implementation Phase
- 2 March 2026 – Publication of the contract award notice in TED
