PCP WISE is expanding the available information and knowledge by Earth Observing EO satellite data. Data and models are integrated into new models and new decision support tools for both emergency management and long-term planning. By procurement of competitive innovation among Europes most competent consortia it is very likely that new options and standards for adaptation and mitigation of climate change will be set.
